All pieces and products are closely inspected prior to shipping, and we are not responsible for any damages to the product during shipping time.
(Note: In regards to large custom backdrop and wedding/event orders, if significant damage is done to a piece during shipping time, contact can be made to us to come to an agreement for fixing the problem.)
